Terms & Conditions of Purchase 

2.1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. 

2.2. Once an order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. This email is an acknowledgment of receipt of your order and not an acceptance of it. Acceptance of your order will occur when the products have been dispatched. 

3.1. All prices are quoted in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. 

3.2. Payment can be made by any method specified on the website. Payment must be received in full before dispatch of the products. 

4.1. We will deliver the products to the address you specify for delivery in your order. It is important that this address is accurate. 

4.2. We aim to deliver within the time indicated by us at the point of sale, but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and times. 

4.3. Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered. 

5.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the products to us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided that the products are returned in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. 

5.2. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@axglo-golf.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation, listing the item purchased, reason for return, date of the purchase and if you wish to have it refunded or replaced. 

5.3. We will assess each return request individually and will respond withing 48hours. 

5.4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the products to us unless the products are faulty or not as described. 

5.5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned products using the same payment method used for the original purchase. 

5.6. Replacements: If the product arrived damaged, photos must be emailed to sales@axglo-golf.co.uk showing the damaged packaging (If applicable), please explain the reason for requesting a replacement. 

5.7. If there is a fault with the product eTrolleyz Ltd will pay for postage and packaging, all other reasons the customer is responsible for the postage and packaging. 

6.1. Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason. 

6.2. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the products. 

6.3. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement by email to sales@axglo-golf.co.uk. 

6.4. If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us). 

6.5. We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than: 

14 days after the day we receive back from you any products supplied, or 

(if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the products, or 

if there were no products supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. 

6.6. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. 

6.7. You shall send back the products without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the products before the period of 14 days has expired. 

6.8. You will bear the direct cost of returning the products. 

6.9. You are only liable for any diminished value of the products resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the products. 

7.1. If the product you receive is faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@axglo-golf.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund as appropriate. 

8.1. Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased. 

8.2. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage, and which are not foreseeable by you and us, such as loss of income or revenue. 

9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 

10.1. We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page and, where appropriate, notified to you by email.
