Q. What are the folded dimensions and weight of the Axglo trolleys?

A. Measurements:
E3 Folded Measurement 32.5”L x 16.5”W x 14.5”H with 16 kg
E5 Folded Measurement 25”L x 16.5”W x 14.75”H with 16 kg
Q. Why does the trolley shut down automatically after idling for 3 minutes?

A. This is for safety purposes. If the remote control is not used for over 3 minutes or if the cart is out of the remote-control range, it will shut down automatically. (the remote control will vibrate and buzz)
Q. Why is there no stabiliser rear wheel on Axglo's Trolleys for climbing slopes while other brands do?

A. Axglo adopts a patented technology to design the structure of the frame which lowers the centre of gravity of the electric push cart. This technology enables it to run steadily on a slope up to 40deg without any rear auxiliary wheels.
Q. How long does the battery take to charge?

A. We always recommend you fully charge your battery before the first time using it, and it takes around 6 hours to recharge an empty battery.
No excess mud or dirt accumulates
The front wheel is unclogged and can turn freely
The main folding track is kept clean and well lubricated (Only original parts can be used when repairing the cart)
For the remote control, please remove the dirt or mud under central control key.
Q. I am not playing over winter, what should I do with my battery?

A. It is recommended to store the battery at half charge. Use trolley as usual during your last golf match of the year and then recharge it to half capacity (around 3 hours). Please fully recharge the battery before using it again.
